Wonder & Wander was born from a collision of two worlds. Sarah brought Wonder Tribe — her consultancy built on human potential and purposeful design. Steve Pirie-Nally brought his events and travel business, built on extraordinary experiences and bringing people together. When they fused, something bigger emerged. A consultancy that doesn't just think about transformation — it creates the conditions for it.
Over a decade they built, evolved, and grew together. Steve has since taken that energy into Flights Club, building Australia's largest business community. Sarah kept the flame — and turned up the heat.
Today she leads Wonder & Wander and Evolve X, backed by an extraordinary network of associates and collaborators assembled over ten years of doing the real work. She's never believed in going it alone. The best things happen in collaboration.
